There are two main social areas in the house, the upper level by one pool and the lower level by the second pool. A beautiful artificial cascade falls down from the upper to the lower pools. Inside the lower pool we have a charming small island with two palm trees. At the lower pool we have a palm "palapa", with a beautiful mahogany table with capacity to sit 14 adults, a grill for making tasty barbecues, a bar featuring all the necessary accessories for having a big "fiesta" (storage area, sink, cooler, music, fans, etc.) and a wet bar submerged into the pool for those who want to drink while staying inside the water. This lower pool is perfect for parties, we have had as many as 70 people very comfortably at this area, while in both social areas (upper and lower levels) we have host as many as 120 guests very successfully. |

Our price includes the full service of our excellent cook, the efficient maid and the grand tourism-English speaking waiter (he can go to the supermarket to buy your groceries for your comfort), as well as the people that come to the house seven days a week to clean the two swimming pools, in order to keep them sparklingly clear.
Our staff members are in the house from 8.00 in the morning until really late at night ready to take care to the minimum desire of our guests.
There is a marvelous cook in the house, the waiter can go to buy your groceries and beverages for your convenience as she cooks the most exquisite Mexican, international and sea dishes. We have three sample menus for the arrival night (or any other night) as many people like to have dinner ready the night they arrive. For the rest of the week we have a diversity of other menus for your delight! Our cook is resourceful and kind, you can tell her what you want and she will do it for you very gladly.
Linens (changed everyday), bath and pool towels, dinning ware as well as all the necessary artifacts used to give a 100% professional service are provided by staff with no extra charge at all.
There are no other extra charges like taxes, nor any other type.
Groceries and beverages in general are afforded by guests (purified water is provided by the house with no charge).
You also have access to the beautiful tennis club of "Las Brisas" as a guest of the villa. The club is about one minute away by car from the house.
The access and use of facilities is totally free for our guests, including the spectacular
Olympic swimming pools, Jacuzzi, children recreational area, Turkish baths, gymnasium, aerobics, tennis courts, paddle tennis court, restaurants, library, really elegant movie theatre as well as an excellent and free of charge English speaking medical service, 24
hs./day 365 days/year.
