This unique villa rental nestled on a high cliff on the Pacific ocean offers all
the amenities for perfect vacations and is only 10 minutes from the Bay of
Acapulco and it's beaches and attractions on one side and 3 minutes from Pie de
la Cuesta - Sunset Beach - on the other side and the famous and beautiful Coyuca
Lagoon where you can take boat rides, visit the islands and bird sanctuary and
indulge in all sorts of water sports.This villa
rental is the perfect spot for a wedding, a family reunion, a family vacation, a
corporate retreat, or just for a lot of friends! This villa for
rent consists of a master suite, a junior suite, and three roomy
Suites that can provide beds for up to 32 people.

July 2004.
Many of the above photos were taken before the decor and landscaping phase was
completed. Newer photos may be available upon request.
The house has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms plus living quarters for staff at 5 car
garage top Elevator level. The villa rental is brand new in July-04 and has the best of all new
appliances, laundry room equipment, elevator , TVs , surround sound, and 5
Jacuzzis (2 are outside).
High speed DSL Internet Wireless
A staff of 4 prepare your food , maid service and laundry at no charge. You
purchase or have them purchase your food and drinks for you.
There are no other charges or taxes unless of course you want
to tip them at end of your stay for their fine service which is entirely up to
you and customary in Mexico.

Area Information:
Pie de la Cuesta is a long and narrow strip of beach 7 miles North of
Acapulco between the ocean and the COYUCA LAGOON extending for about 11 miles to
the Barra de Coyuca. Also known as Sunset Beach because of its flaming
sunsets, it is lined up with charming rustic hotels and restaurants with swaying
hammocks under the enramadas, where you can totally unwind and relax in the cool
shade, eat delicious fresh fish and seafood specialties and drink Cocos Locos or
your favorite tropical cold drinks while watching the splendid spectacle of the
roaring surf of the Pacific ocean.
Due to the rip tides and very rough trip waves it is not recommended to swim
there. This beach is ideal for long, romantic walks, volley ball games,
cuatrimoto rides and horse or donkey riding along the shore.

Vacation Rental
Rates and Reservations:
Rental Rates:
Rental rate is $1,400 U.S.D. per night for up to 14 people (or $9,800 U.S.D. per
week, no other charges or taxes) for whole villa and complex and is ideal for up
to 6 couples with total privacy, there is a seventh air-conditioned bedroom with
two single beds but it shares a bathroom.
There are beds for up to 30 people in air conditioning if you want to double up.
There are 6 couch beds with fans in addition for a total of up to 36 people.
Rate for more than 14 people is $50. U.S.D. per person per night extra.
Christmas: $2,000 per night / 7 night
minimum for up to 14 people
$100 per night / per person for each person over 14 people
New Year: $2,000 per night / 7 night minimum
for up to 14 people
$100 per night / per person for each person over 14 people
Casa Iguana is ideal for events, weddings, family reunions, corporate events,
business meetings or just a get together for good friends!
Events for more than the amount of guests staying at house up to 150 people
maximum.
*$2,000 USD Event fee if renting house for 7 nights or more
*$2,500 USD Event Fee if renting house for 5 nights
*$3,000 USD Event Fee if renting house for 4 nights
*$3,500 USD Event Fee if renting house for 3 nights
*$5,000 USD Event fee if renting house for 2 nights or less
On your event, you can furnish your own entertainment, caterers, bartenders &
waiters.
Our staff will be there to help.
ABSOLUTELY NO FIREWORKS!
There maybe a refundable damage deposit depending on number of people at the
event.
Additional Rental Information
- No other taxes or charges except for the tip for the staff for their good
service at end of your stay (which is customary in Mexico).
- Full Time cook, house man and maid service. included in rental price.
Staff that live in their own quarters.
- 50% Credit Card Deposit required to reserve, MasterCard, Visa or Discover
- Balance or 50% Credit Card to be deposited before arrival
- In case of cancellation by renter, this deposit is not refunded but will
be credited with no time limit to a future rental at the convenience of both
parties.
